SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING

The vast majority of our garments are manufactured and decorated as the order is taken, some items are warehoused in USA & Canada. This reduces the distance each item has to travel prior to arriving to our customers.

 

All orders ship out within 3-7 business days. Once the item has been shipped, you can expect your product(s) to arrive to your door anywhere between 1-13 business days depending on where you are located. We charge a $10 flat rate for shipping in Canada and USA wide to help cover some of our costs. Currently any order over $100.00 USD will be shipped free of charge.

Our fulfillment times for all products may be longer than usual and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. We're seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers as the entire industry is grappling with challenges. It's difficult to predict the shipping times. Please allow for unexpected delays and interruptions during COVID-19. Carriers are experiencing delays due to the virus closing facilities and disrupting wait times. 

All delivery estimates given at the time of placing and confirming order are subject to change. In any case, we will do our best to contact you and advise you of all changes. We try our best to make delivery as simple as possible.

When will I get my order?
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

•    USA: 3–4 business days
•    Canada: 6–14 business days


Where will my order ship from?
We ship from Canada and USA although due to currant supply chain delays. Some products may ship from or partner facilities in Mexico or Spain if it is more efficient to get that item to you. Some products (such as our 5 Line Duffel Bag) may be shipped from other locations and will be clearly listed on the top of the product description.

Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
•    Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
•    Ask your local post office if they have your package
•    Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at info@normalnots.com with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at info@normalnots.com

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at info@normalnots.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.

We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

What’s your return policy?

In order to be eligible for a return and/or exchange, your items must be unwashed, unworn and in the original condition in which you received them. Returns and Exchanges must be done within 14 days of receiving your items. Please contact info@normalnots.com  with your order number or drop us a line in online chat.

All sale items are final and are not eligible for return or exchange.

This return policy is only applicable to purchases made at www.normalnots.com. Purchases made at retailers carrying Normal Nots are subject to the respective store's return policy.
